The Challenge - Retail Store Pilot
Design and implement company-owned retail stores that will co-exist with the existing Nationwide independent agent network to:
  • build and improve Nationwide awareness in both existing and new entry markets
  • improve Nationwide's ability to communicate property and casualty offerings
  • encourage face-to-face interaction of customers with agents
  • attract younger consumers who desire shopping "experiences"
  • drive non-planned impulse customer visits
  • making recommendations concerning needed changes
